Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of messgeo.com, its free tools, credit-based features and premium research services (together, the "Service"), operated by messgeo, a messagency project ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
messgeo provides technical analysis tools and research services focused on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): visibility measurements, technical readiness scores, research reports and related consulting. Instant tools produce automated results; premium services are prepared personally by our team and delivered through your member panel.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent limits or use the Service unlawfully.
3. Credits and payments
Paid features consume credits. Credits are charged only for successfully completed tool runs; failed runs are never charged. Premium order credits are charged when the order is placed and fully refunded if you cancel before processing starts. Once processing has started, credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits have no cash value, are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or resold.
4. No guarantee of results
GEO and AI search visibility depend on third-party systems (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google and others) that we do not control and that change without notice. Our reports and recommendations reflect measurements and professional judgment at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, visibility, traffic or revenue outcome.
5. Third-party platforms and data
Results may rely on publicly available data and third-party interfaces. Interruptions, blocks or changes on those platforms may affect results and are outside our responsibility.
6. Implementation access (Mode B)
If you order an implementation service (Mode B), you grant us limited access to your website solely to implement the agreed plan and you confirm you are authorized to grant that access. We apply changes with reasonable care; you are responsible for maintaining backups. You may revoke access at any time; work made impossible by revocation is deemed delivered.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to analyze websites you are not authorized to analyze where this violates law, to overload or disrupt the Service, to scrape or resell tool output at scale, or to attempt unauthorized access. Black-hat techniques are detected and penalized in our scoring; we do not assist with them.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. Reports delivered to you may be used freely within your organization and for your own marketing; resale of reports as a standalone product requires our written consent.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your panel settings; deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and remaining credits are forfeited. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (such as liability limits and intellectual property) survive.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date and continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
